Products

We build 2 products:

• B2B - TheFork Manager, a restaurant management software to support restaurant owners managing their activity and boosting their revenue and occupancy.
• B2C - TheFork App, the leading online restaurant discovery and reservation platform in Europe & Australia.
• TheFork Pay, an innovative technological solution for payments via smartphone in restaurant. It allows users to pay their bill directly via their smartphone.

Methodology

TheFork’s Product & Engineering’s team ways of working are inspired by ShapeUp methodology and Continuous Discovery practices.

Here is our process:

🔎  Discovery & Framing

🎨  Shaping problems and solutions in multi-disciplinary teams (Product Manager, Product Designer, Engineering Manager)

♻️  6 weeks delivery cycles

🏄  2 weeks of technical cooldowns between each cycles

Our Product Design process

1️⃣  Identify problems to solve thanks to qualitative or quantitative data

2️⃣  Shape solutions and iterate on it with PMs and devs

3️⃣  Conduct user tests on Usertesting.com tool and combine with interviews to gather feedbacks

4️⃣  Prioritize and confirm assumptions
