🌟Jellysmack has 5 product tribes including multiple squads

Product Tribes

• Tribes are independently responsible for delivering a business objective and related OKRs and putting together the best team to bring the objective to life.
• Tribe time = 90%

Product & Design Crew

• Product and Design team members are all part of the same crew - regardless of their Tribe. Crew time is focused on sharing knowledge, aligning and removing dependencies and identifying redundancies between tribes.

• Crew Time = 10%
